About This Role
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Partner with operations, supply chain, and PCL organizations to ensure adequate levels of inventory are maintained in line with production levels. Maintain oversight over inventory accuracy and implement inventory control methods, ensuring accurate recording of materialAnalyzing inventory availability for production and sales needsAnalyze and update BOMs (Bill of Material) material and labor accuracy Prepare, manage and review operational budgets with respective department leadsDevelop, maintain, and report out on KPI metrics, ensuring business owners understand drivers behind metrics and corrective actions needed to mitigate operational risksPrepare operations reports and presentations, including performance and productivity data.Work with Operations Managers, Planners, and Process Engineers to maintain a SIOP (Sales Inventory Operations Plan) that supports financial goals as well as internal and external due dates and contractual commitments.Use, maintain, and integrate existing databases and computer applications, perform data mining, compilation, statistical analysis, and metrics reports.Work with program teams to prepare or provide inputs into project schedules.Other ad hoc financial analysis as needed. Bachelor's Degreein Finance, finance, business or another related technical field. Deep understanding and experience with manufacturing processes, scheduling, and planning.ERP system experience (Oracle preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point.Must have excellent analytical and communication skills.Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure to meet established deadlines.Preferred
QlikView/Power BI development experience is a plus.Knowledge of databases is a plus (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft Office).
