The role can be remotely based but still needs to be within the territory of Bulgaria. **Discover Impactful Work:** We are currently recruiting for a **Senior Finance Coordinator** to join our Finance Shared Services Center in Bulgaria. **Main Responsibilities:** + Processes variety of payments, including checks, wire transfers, and electronic fund transfers (EFTs) in designated list of Business Divisions **worldwide** . + Generating and reviewing payment-related reports for errors or inconsistencies in order to ensure that all required information is included. Raises issues to management. + Handles the appropriate and precise completion of assigned AP Payment related tasks (such as: rejected payment/direct debit and refund reconciliation/etc.). + Ensures correct and timely processing of regular and urgent payment request. + Runs the requests from customers and resolve payment related issues and findings. + Responds to ad hock requests and maintain agreed timelines. + Analyzes and interprets various financial reports. + Attends internal meetings and provides updates on payment statuses. + Mentors and trains junior team members. **Keys to Success:** **Education:** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification or last year in process of obtaining Finance/Economics degree. **Experience:** + Typically requires 2-3 years of meaningful experience. **Knowledge, Skills, Abilities** + Good organizational and communications skills. + Attention to detail. + Capable of prioritizing multiple time critical tasks efficiently and effectively. + Flexible and able to prioritize workload to meet changing business needs. + Payments or Treasury experience will be considered an advantage. + Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. + Highly resourceful with Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables. + Previous experience with ERP system (Oracle preferred). + Capable of mentoring and coaching others. + Capable of leading payment related activities with little or no interaction from management.
