Sr Finance Leader, Integrated Supply Chain

The Sr Finance Leader, Integrated Supply Chain will provide finance and business partner leadership to Chief Supply Chain officer. They will lead the Global ISC Finance team, with reach over all four Xylem Segments as well as manage centralized FPA enabling functions – IT, Finance, HR, Strategy and Legal. This role will ensure grounded Budget and Forecast submissions related to Segment Manufacturing performance, inventory management performance, manufacturing productivity, cost accounting compliance, and timely and accurate financial reporting. In addition, the position holder will provide valuable decision support, identify, and implement operational improvement opportunities and work closely with the Chief Procurement Officer on effective supply chain strategies. **CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:** To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. + Manufacturing Finance KPI Ownership – actuals, forecast, variance analysis + Supply Chain and Corporate Enabling Functions P&L ownership – actuals, forecast, variance analysis + Strong understanding of Operations/Supply Chain indicators and data points and develop strategy to drive performance + Reporting Lead for Operations Monthly Business Reviews + Strong partnership with functional Senior Leaders in HR, Finance, IT, Legal and Growth & Innovation + Finance lead for overall Manufacturing Strategy – footprint analysis, make/buy, product rationalization + Productivity: support / validate productivity savings with/from procurement department + Establishing material productivity, continuous improvement savings, and inflation targets across the Enterprise + Integrated Supply Chain Finance Metrics KPIs and factory scorecard including development of root cause corrective actions + Strong partnership with Global SIOP Team to drive optimal inventory and material planning + Inventory Forecasting: validate inventory forecasts, ensure alignment to P&L forecast and strategic initiatives. + Accounts payable: supporting vendor finance programs, early payment discounts, etc. + Manage direct report(s) + Participation in Xylem Watermark volunteer activities **QUALIFICATIONS** **:** + Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Operations, or similar discipline; or equivalent experience is required. Masters of Accounting, or MBA, preferred + 18+ years of experience in Finance, Operations, Procurement, or relevant field. + Deep financial analysis experience in operational contexts (e.g., efficiency, footprint optimization, etc.) + A proven track record of results including earnings growth, working capital reduction, cost control and operational productivity + Experience in presenting to senior-level executives in a results-oriented culture + Effectively working in a matrixed environment + Ability to attract, recruit and develop world-class financial talent + Travel Requirements - 25% Salary range: $155,000.00 - $310,000.00 Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
