Career Opportunities: WW Stores IPAT Finance seeks a Sr Finance Manager to support with the reporting, planning and analysis centrally for WW Stores business: including but not limited to Working Capital and Free Cash Flow (FCF). We are looking for an experienced finance professional who is adaptable, capable of exercising high judgment, making informed decisions and insists on the highest standards. As part of the Stores FCF team, the Principal / Sr Finance Manager will be responsible for the production and administration of key finance deliverables including reporting on business results and long-term planning, partner with financial systems and other teams on data-driven projects driving product enhancements and financial insights for senior leadership. Key job responsibilities
• Leads a team responsible for financial reporting, planning and analysis of Working Capital accounts, Free Cash Flow statement and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Stores business.
• Partners with Corporate FP&A team and Stores BPAs to align on reporting data, prepares insightful commentaries and story bridges, understands recent trends, and performs ad-hoc request to support Stores and Amazon leadership.
• Partners with other teams and business partners to produce standardize reporting and forecasting mechanisms. Drives process standardization, prioritizing improvements that increase the reliability and efficiency of reporting.
• Leads the team in building financial models and KPIs to review monthly and quarterly forecasts, and annual plans, make recommendations on process improvements that will help to deliver results and influence leaders throughout Amazon.
• Creates and maintains insightful reports and documents for explaining monthly and quarterly variances between actuals and plan.
• Identifies and implements solutions to resolve, improve, automate, standardize, or simplify finance processes.
• Leads projects to raise the bar on bridging and story-telling on behalf of WW Stores.
• Understands input drivers and validates integrity of the reporting to influence strategic decision-making and planning.
• Makes thoughtful time management decisions, workload and requests prioritization decisions, resolving issues, meeting deadlines. Discerns between urgent and non-urgent issues and act accordingly to solve them.
• Drives own self-development in the Finance Community, seeking opportunities to expand finance expertise. Participates in events, initiatives, and projects, then shares gained knowledge in and outside of your team.
