As a Sr Finance Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, providing insights, and assisting strategic decision-making. You will work closely with the Latam Building Automation finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting. Your expertise in financial thoughtfulness and reporting will contribute to the overall success of the organization.
You will report directly to our BA Latam CFO, and you’ll work out of our Mexico City location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the financial performance of the organization by providing accurate and timely financial thoughtfulness. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for cost-saving initiatives. Your work will contribute to the overall financial health and success of the company.
This position is responsible for all the financial support for HBS Mexico: weekly Pulse updates, month-end close review, preparation of month-end close reporting and presentations to HBS corporate, preparation of month-end close reports to HBS Mexico GM and CFO BA Latam, AOP preparation and Forecasts. Support to other functional areas within HBS like, Project Control, Customer Service and Operations.
Besides HBS this position supports with financial information for Fire and Security for BA Latam.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in financial thoughtfulness and reporting
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish
• Proactive mindset and sense of urgency
• Ability and willingness to work with teams with different backgrounds
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience with financial planning and thoughtfulness
• Advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of financial regulations and standards
