Your New Role…
This position will be responsible for ensuring proper evaluation of WBD Global customer creditworthiness through credit investigations and evaluations, analyzing customer financial statements and setting customer credit limits, maintaining accurate customer records, and ensuring effective communication with the OTC teams and Sales teams on customer creditworthiness status including bankruptcy and customer watchlist reporting.

Your Role Accountabilities…

Research and evaluate customer creditworthiness using financial data and business credit reports from various customer credit portals (such as Dun and Bradstreet) through the customer onboarding processRoutinely analyze and communicate the financial condition and performance (historic, current, and projected) of WBD’s Global customer portfolio by performing quantitative and qualitative analysis of customer’s financial statements, business credit reports, and other relevant data related to creditworthinessReview and analyze credit review requests to determine financial and non-financial strengths, risk levels, and provide recommendations for credit limitsEvaluate trends in customer data to promptly identify and report areas of concern and determine the course of action to mitigate these risksPersuasively communicate credit and financial analysis rationale and recommendations to key stakeholders in both written and oral formLead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Cloud for Credit tool to automate customer credit monitoring and own the accompanying processes including monthly reporting, system updates, and ensuring data qualityManage credit hold statuses and review AR balances, unbilled orders, and past due balances

Qualifications & Experience…

Undergraduate university degree such as Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related quantitative discipline Indicate if an experience, skill, or qualification is required.5+ years’ experience in financial reporting or related fieldAbility to develop financial spreadsheets, graphics, and maintain financial databases using data management systems, (e.g., Access, SQL, PowerBI, or other query tools).Ability to analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statementsUnderstanding of credit scoring models and methodologies and experience analyzing business credit reportsHighly proficient with Microsoft Office® suite products, i.e. Excel and PowerPointExcel - Ability to create complex spreadsheets and pivot tablesPowerPoint – Ability to create and modify business presentationsStrong quantitative and analytical skills to interpret complex financial dataAbility to identify trends and patterns in financial performanceExcellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detailMust work well in a team environmentAbility to learn quicklyDesire to provide exceptional customer serviceGood organizational skills with the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environmentExperience with ERP systems and subledger boundary systems
