Johnson Johnson is looking for Senior Financial Analyst in Bogota, Colombia. Who will be responsible for:

· Leading together with the Finance Manager the area activities ensuring accountability and accuracy.

· Responsible for accurate and timely reporting to Corporate.

· Close follow-up to the gross spending by providing efficient tools to Business Partners.

· Closely monitor Financial Statements’ performance through tracking and reporting activities.

· Ensures accurate monthly closing, partnering with different Finance areas.

· Presents complex analysis to management.

· Provides recommendations to business partners and key stakeholders

Qualifications:

1) Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.

2) Years of Experience: 4-6 years’ experience in Finance Controlling, Accounting and related fields.

3) Required knowledge:

· Analytical, problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and assimilate data for critical business decisions in a timely manner.

· Excellent communication skills to work and effectively communicate with various levels of the organization, both locally (i.e: top management) and abroad (i.e. multiple countries/cross-sector).

· Excellent business partnering skills (team player).

· Prioritizes well and meets commitment in deadline-driven environment. Coordinates activities to ensure their accurate and timely completion.

· Adapts quickly to changing business and work demands.

· Capacity to learn and accept additional responsibilities.

· Strong organization skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to take initiative and work independently.

4) Language: Advanced in both written spoken English.

5) Experience in multinational companies in the Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical or Health Sector.

6) Advanced handling of Excel and tools such as SAP.

7) Digital mindset: Desire knowledge in PowerBi, Anaplan, UIPath and similar tools.

Qualifications:
