Position:Sr Financial Analyst

Job Description:

Principal Accountabilities

Act as a trusted business and financial advisor to regional management and sales teamsDeliver detailed P&L analysis monthly to finance and regional leadership. Including but not limited to variance and trend analysis and offering finance/operational insights where applicableProvide comprehensive reporting on financial statements, business metrics, KPI’s, headcount and costsParticipate in the annual planning and budgeting processes to support executive decision makingCreate financial models to support data driven decision making on profitability, ROWC, ROI, pricing, special transactions, extended payment termsParticipate in finance initiatives and projectsWork cross functionally with various teams locally and globally to complete assignmentsContribute ideas to continually improving processes and drive efficiency within the organizationHave a strong understanding of the business environmentAssis in the research of complex GAAP issuesAssists with internal audits and SOX audits involving review of accounting and administrative controls

Job Complexity

Supports the analysis and reporting on performance and results of multiple related unitsSolves complex problems and recommend solutions with minimal guidanceProvides analytical and strategic input to management when appropriate

Experience / Education

Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a 4-year degreeMust be proficient in English and be able to communicate effectively (both written and spoken)Strong financial modeling and analysis skills with MS Excel masteryStrong knowledge of revenue recognition principles and GAAPExperience in a global or large multi-national company preferredHFM experience preferred
