Prepare financial reporting of KPIs to provide accurate and timely reporting to management for decision-making purposes and to support strategic initiatives; prepare presentations to the Board of Directors and Senior Management Team; this position prepares numerous monthly and quarterly reconciliations for Essbase uploads, as well as prepares monthly and quarterly internal reports and fulfills ad hoc requests for Senior Management.

Your Responsibilities on the Team
Weekly and monthly statistical reporting, reconciliations, and analysis.
National purchasing rebate accounting and reporting.
Dashboard reconciliations.
Headcount reconciliation.
Delivered square footage reconciliation.
Backlog reconciliation and reporting.
Consolidation and reconciliation of inventory reporting
Preparation and compilation of the monthly executive summary reporting.
Quarterly financial and operational reporting.
Special projects and ad-hoc reporting.
Creation of manuals and end-user documentation, including visual inserts
Preparations for the subsequent month.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
3-5 or more years of Financial Reporting experience.
Experience with spreadsheet modeling, data visualization, account reconciliation, and analysis.
Proficiency required in Excel (Macros, Pivot Tables, Graph & Advanced Formulas)
Proficient in Adobe Acrobat, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience and efficiency in Essbase and JD Edwards
Detail-orientated to ensure accuracy in analysis and presentations
Ability to read, research, analyze and interpret general accounting data.
Ability to write reports and general business correspondence across all levels of the organization, including executive management, and effectively respond to questions from executive management.
Ability to formulate effective and efficient work plans (focusing on relevant variables) for analysis projects and identify key areas of reporting improvement.
High initiative and ability to learn independently in a fast-paced environment.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements
This is primarily a sedentary office position that requires the Senior Financial Analyst to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
