The Headlines:
In the role of the Manufacturing Operations Sr. Financial Analyst located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin you will be responsible for consolidating and reporting for our North American Manufacturing Operations, which represents over $1 billion in Cost of Goods Sold. As part of the consolidation effort, you will be responsible for explaining and understanding variances to budget and forecast and creating concise reporting for Senior Leadership. You will also be responsible for consolidated brewery comparative reporting across many cost categories such as labor and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Consolidate North America brewery and container financial reporting and variance analysis of actuals, forecast, and Annual Operating Plans (AOP). Monthly scorecarding of Brewery progress against goals as well as support of Global brewery excellence reporting. Coordination with the brewery finance teams to ensure that cost reporting is consistent across all of our breweries Drive efficiencies across breweries and container in reporting and transactional work and to continue to expand the role beyond its current scope Ownership of World Class Supply Chain Metric reporting as well as our consolidated waste reporting. Support of GBS team in Romania that completes brewery reporting package (Excel and Power BI) to ensure accuracy. “Flow to work” to support any one of the thirteen North American manufacturing locations where needed Support of various accounting transactions (SAP billings, journal entries, Federal Excise Tax, etc)The Qualifications:
You have a relative 4-year degree in Finance or Accounting You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role Prior SAP/BOBJ knowledge is preferred You have a high attention to detail Sense of urgency in resolving issues with exceptional follow-up skills. Manufacturing and product costing experience is a plus! You have solid knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and internal controls You have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and have experience with PowerBI Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with many different personalities, experiences, and job levels. This position works with the finance teams in fifteen manufacturing operations located across North America.
