Short Description The Senior Financial Analyst supports strategic decision making by analyzing complex healthcare data and preparing financial reports for senior leadership.This role contributes to performance optimization through ad hoc financial analysis, trend forecasting and benchmark studies.This position plays a key role in developing systems and processes that improve access to financial and operational metrics.It leads value analysis initiatives, coordinates product evaluation with clinicians and suppliers and ensures regulatory compliance.Collaboration with institute leaders and Revenue Integrity is essential to align physician activities through the use of Procedure Analytics. Experience Required

3-5 years required. 

Education Requirements

High School/GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
