The Senior Financial Planning Analyst provides detailed forecasts, analyze business performances, and collaborates with onshore business stakeholders to support decision-making through adhoc analysis and management reports. This position requires the ability to work independently, initiate process improvements and provide insights that enhance financial performance.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA and/or CMA highly desirable.
• Advanced Excel skills with a strong understanding of financial modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Experience with financial reporting systems (e.g., Hyperion, EPM, SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Expertise in full Microsoft Office suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, etc.
• Excellent communication skills for clear and effective data presentation.
• Strong organizational, planning, and process improvement capabilities.
• Experience with project planning software (Microsoft Project preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis or corporate finance, with expertise in a number of functional areas
• Must be able to travel as required. Travel is variable both in frequency and duration. Overtime hours may be required to meet project deadlines.
• Must complete continuing education requirements as outlined by Crawford Educational Services.
• Development and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts.
• Own the preparation of monthly management reporting, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to consolidate financial projections and deliver performance updates.
• Assist on budgeting processes across the company, working closely with functional teams.
• Provide financial insights, develop and improve financial models to support reporting and performance analysis.
• Manage ad-hoc financial projects and analysis as requested by stakeholders.
• Support strategic planning and execution of key initiatives.
• Communicate results effectively to management and teams at all levels.
