As a Senior Fire Alarm Field Service Technician here at\nHoneywell, you will have the opportunity to provide advanced technical support\nand service to our customers in the business unit. You will be accountable for\ntroubleshooting complex technical issues, guiding equipment installations and\nmaintenance, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your\nexpertise and guidance in the field will play a crucial role in driving the\nsuccess of our field service operations and the growth of our business. You\nwill report directly to our Field Service Manager and you'll work out of our\nlocation on a work schedule. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the\nefficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing\nexceptional technical support and service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for our\ncustomers Guide and oversee equipment installations, maintenance, and\nrepairs Provide advanced technical support and training to customers Work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous\nimprovement initiatives Establish and maintain strong relationships with key\nstakeholders, including customers and suppliersThe annual base salary range for this position is $58,000 - $82,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. YOU MUST HAVE:
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in Fire Alarm field\nservice or a related technical role Strong technical knowledge and expertise in relevant\ntechnologies Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong communication and people-oriented skills Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple\nprojects and tasksWE VALUE:
