Job DescriptionSupport Refine Technologies’ global Finance and Business community with quality, cost effective business reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities Analyze and report on Opex, partnering with cost center owners to set annual budget, update forecasts, and provide actual variances and explanations. Develop detailed analysis and report for cost center owners. Analyze and report on other income, setting annual budget, update forecasts and provide actual variances and explanations. Update quarterly RT EBIT tracker, including Opex, other income and Hydro earnings changes. Prepare initial MOR, earnings release and QBR presentations. Manage RT action items. Support RT finance manager and finance operations manager as necessary. Review financial results and analyze business trends. Identify efficiencies in workflow and optimize where possible. Required Experience Minimum 5 years planning, budgeting & forecasting skills/experience, solid analytical/data interpretation experience College graduate with degree in Accounting, Finance and/or other advance course (e.g. MBA) Proficient with Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Proficient with SAP/BPC/BW Proficient in the use of English Language Demonstrated ability to work with others Preferred Competencies Excellent presentation skills, as candidate will be presenting to the business president and leadership team Strong business acumen The ideal candidate should be someone who can work fairly independently and at a level of maturity that can create relationships with the business leaders Ability to quickly learn business practices and accounting policies Experience with a manufacturing company Organized in handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment Benefits Guaranteed 14th Month Pay Above-market Retirement Plan Design LinkedIn Learning Access Established Performance Incentive Program HMO coverage for employees on day 1 (with pandemic coverage) Free HMO coverage for up to 3 qualified dependents Educational AssistanceGrace is not accepting unsolicited assistance from search firms for this employment opportunity.
