Manage site operations during off-shift and weekend hours. Provide vision, strategy and leadership for site operations to achieve and maintain the highest standards of quality, customer satisfaction, delivery, service and manufacturing capability to accomplish site, division and corporate goals at competitive costs. Serve as a member of the site senior staff leadership team. Manage off-shift and weekend site operations to ensure production schedule and customer satisfaction targets are achieved with risks mitigated and opportunities exercised. Provide cross-functional managerial direction to site operations, technical services, material control, and quality departments. Onboarding and capability building of new front-line leaders across all departments at the plant (both internal and external) Establishing and monitoring standard work for new leaders to aide in onboarding processes.Ensuring the appropriate set up and training in all required systems for new leaders to enable them to do their job.Maintaining mentoring relationships with new leaders as they go to work in their departments to address ongoing questions and challenges.Establishing and facilitating new training materials and modules to assist with new leader onboarding and capability building.Building an overall new leader training curriculum that integrates both existing and new training elements.Working with HR and Training to integrate the new leader training program into New Hire OrientationRole will require up to 30% off shift and/or weekend presence at times.Ensure compliance to all applicable business policies, laws and regulations, inclusive of U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) and other regulatory requirements, company policies, operating procedures, and processes.Ownership of manufacturing floor compliance through maintaining and/or updating department policies, frequent area inspections, and assignment of corrective actionsAttract, develop and retain a diverse qualified staff through effective training, succession planning strategies and ongoing performance feedback. Drive a culture of engagement and inclusivity throughout the organization through clear communication, collaboration and recognition.Foster a culture of Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement within Operations. Establish and maintain a strong MOS (Management Operating System) within the department including Root Cause Analysis, escalation mechanisms, employee communication, etc.Determine strategic plans, goals and targets in accordance with overall site and division strategies.Provide coverage for site operations managers as needed.SHIFT

The base pay for this position is $97,300.00 – $194,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
