JOB SUMMARY:

Polaris Industries, Inc. is looking for a full stack software engineer to work in an exciting, very fast-paced environment. As a software engineer on the Polaris team, you would be dedicated to an agile product team giving you the ability and empowerment to make changes and go fast. We are looking for a dynamic and articulate software engineer, with a customer first mindset, to create engaging customer facing web applications. Strong candidates will be excited about power sports as well as technology.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be fully engaged in the Customer Scrum team to provide business value in a timely fashion, as one of the senior engineers you will need to embrace Scrum and work as part of a cohesive teamCreate new integrations and extend existing integrations using Azure API, Azure functions and KingswaySoft (SSIS)Work with analysts and product owners to implement new customizations, plugins and workflows for Dynamics 365 CEAs part of an Agile team you will need to:Be highly collaborativeWork closely with the customer and product ownerTaking accountability for estimating, planning, and managing all his/her own tasks and reporting on progress dailyBe part of a team - Collaborating closely with all the other members of the team to take shared accountability for the overall efforts that the team has committed to.Taking accountability for the quality of the software you produce, as a team there is responsibility for the quality of work produced as part of the teamInstead of turning over some code to a separate and independent group for testing, the team takes accountability for the quality of the work they produceUnderstand User Needs, interacting directly as neededBrainstorm with the team to define solutions that will meet the requirementsAssist with production support including leading production deployments, reporting out post installationWork with other teams who consume our servicesCapable of handling duties independently.Design, code, test, and debug applications.Work with users and staff to resolve business problems.Support, maintain and administer deployed solutions.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Minimum Qualifications:

Four-year degree in MIS, computer science, business or equivalent technical degree (or equivalent work experience)Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or strong work equivalent4+ years of experience in SSIS development - Mandatory4+ years of experience in Azure technologies like API, Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory development    is desirable6+ years of programming experience in .NET and SQLExperience using Version Control Tools (Azure DevOps)Self-motivated and ability to manage multiple priorities at one time.Have a good understanding of Agile methodology and scrum practices.

Nice to have

Experience in implementing customizations for Dynamics 365 CEExperience developing CRM customizations including plugins, JavaScript, workflows
