The Product and Sales Specialist (PSS) organization sits squarely between the product teams who make our ad solutions, and the field teams who sell it. Given this team’s unique position within the Ads org, the PSS organization is often called upon to help drive GTM strategy and organizational change when doing so results in clear benefits for our customers.
As a Senior GTM Specialist within Audio, you will work closely with other Audio GTMs and teams within Product, Sales, and Agency Development to drive demand (adoption, revenue) across a book of assigned agencies who are buying Audio on behalf of their advertisers. This includes but is not limited to supporting new product launches, educating sellers/advertisers on product features/capabilities, and keeping a pulse on advertisers/industry to provide Closed Loop Feedback between product and sales.
**This role is ideally based in New York, but open to other Amazon Ads locations (Chicago, Seattle and Los Angeles).**
Key job responsibilities
- Create and drive strategic vision for your assigned agencies and programs through key internal documents
- Build relationships with the external Audio partners in order to drive demand for our solutions
- Establish a partnership with internal and external senior business leaders to drive the business forward
- Identify and provide the right metrics to measure success, providing meaningful feedback to stakeholders through ownership of monthly organizational business reviews
- Develop and execute weekly, and monthly action plans that increase adoption of strategic initiatives
- Effectively communicate the business strategy to all levels of the organization, up to and including SVPs
- Customize and deploy GTM strategies and sales initiatives
- Act as the primary stakeholder in cross-functional initiatives to push change across Product and Sales
- Partner with Product Marketing on sales narratives and help train partner teams where needed
