About the Job Reports To: Director, Human Resources Work Location: Tailored Shared Services, LLC | 185 CenterPoint Blvd., Pittston, PA. 18640 Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 4:30pm What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with HR management in providing support. Conducts recruitment efforts for all departments, including sourcing candidates, new employee orientations, new hire paperwork and complete electronic I-9’s. Assist HR with the administration of recruitment positions to ensure candidates pass minimum new hire standards such as reviewing and processing applications, conducting employment verifications, reference checks, MVRs, background checks, etc. Process applicants’ information and communicate progress of application status. Conduct follow-up with candidates and advise them of the progress of their application (additional information needed, verification or questionable results, advising of approval or denial) Detail follow-through on multi-step qualification process. Gather and analyze employee documents/information. Conduct new/rehire orientation. Occasional overtime may be required during peak hiring. Field and address employee relations concerns. Handle highly confidential information on a regular basis. Coordinate and participate in department and company spirit events, walk-through different departments within the organization and be able to participate and conduct meetings. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. The ability to work as part of a team. The ability to work accurately, with attention to details. The ability to cross train within the HR Team. What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience 2-3 years of experience in an HR administrator role Experience with MS Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) Execute new/rehire onboarding Processes Organization and strong attention to detail required Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Reading and comprehension skills/legal and regulatory interpretation Extreme confidentiality and discretion are a must Ability to adapt to changing priorities; ability to multi-task and detail oriented Must be flexible with work schedule, including evenings and weekends when necessary. Strong customer focus Positive attitude, team player and must deliver top quality customer service. Bi-lingual Spanish is required Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands Individuals may need to sit or stand as needed. The position requires walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods through the day. The employee may reach above shoulder heights or below the waist or lift as required to store materials throughout the workday. Proper lifting techniques are required. Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates.
