This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field min. 5 years of experience in HR generalist role Business fluent in written as well as spoken English Experience in supporting a regional model, strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws, advanced Excel skills for data analysis include creating charts Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and integrity, ability to work independently as well as act as a team player Demonstrated ability to drive employee engagement and talent development initiativesOur offer
