Sr HR Proj Mgmt Specialist - Temporary
As a Sr HR Proj Mgmt Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving and overseeing HR initiatives and projects at Honeywell. In this leadership position, you will be responsible for managing and delivering complex HR projects, programs, and initiatives that support the overall HR strategy and business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution, on-time delivery, and achievement of desired outcomes. In this role, you will impact the organization by providing strategic guidance and insights on HR project management, helping to shape the future of the organization and drive continuous improvement in HR practices. As a key leader, you will continuously work to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture. + **Process Transition & Migration** + Lead the assessment and transition of HR processes to the new company. + Identify potential challenges and propose practical solutions for process migration. + Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational standards. +  **Data Analytics & Capacity Planning** + Analyze CRM and HR data to understand demand patterns and service requirements. + Perform capacity allocation calculations and develop insights to optimize resource planning. + Create dashboards and reports to support decision-making during the transition. +  **Stakeholder Collaboration** + Work closely with HR Shared Services, Business Excellence, and project teams. + Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical audiences. **Required Qualifications** + **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field. **Experience:** + Proven experience in HR operations or shared services. + Strong background in data analytics, including CRM data analysis and capacity modeling. + Experience in process migration or organizational transitions is highly desirable. **Skills** + Advanced English + Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar). + Strong problem-solving and process improvement capabilities. + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. **Preferred Qualifications** + Knowledge of HR systems (PeopleSoft, HCM) and CRM platforms (ServiceNow) + Familiarity with project management methodologies. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment. \#powerBI #TABLEU Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
