Job DescriptionWhat you get to do in this role:
Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and other HR Business Partners to assist with driving initiatives aligned to the BU or Regional Strategy.Coach and advise Business Leaders to become more effective as people leaders and increase their impact on people.Assist in specific projects as determined in the annual HR operational plan and coordinate across the global HRBP team to deliver business and HR initiatives such as organization reviews; performance management process; compensation planning cycle; talent review and succession planning processes; and workforce restructurings when applicable.Use and analyze data to inform business leaders and to measure success; identify trends and develop proactive actions.Coach managers through performance management situations and provide guidance on best practices.Partner to improve Global People programs and processes for sustainability and scaling.Act as a culture champion, regionally and functionally, working with leaders to drive high-levels of engagement.Partner with Employee Relations and Global Employment Law to assist with driving consistent performance management and design initiatives.Be an expert in local legislation and policy interpretation, partnering with Employee Relations to ensure compliance; advising and coaching employees and managers, when appropriate.Complete ad-hoc projects, reporting and tasks as required with cross-functional HR / Partner teams, working on projects/programs.Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of HR Generalist or Business Partner experience working directly with business leaders and employeesExcellent interpersonal, facilitation, communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to form relationships with the business as a known trusted advisorIn-depth knowledge of HR programs and processes (e.g., performance management, workforce planning, talent management and employment laws)Experience accessing, managing, and interpreting data to inform organizational decisions and recommendations to business leadersAbility to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment; managing time and workload, juggling conflicting prioritiesProficient with Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.) to develop and present materials to HR teams and business leadersPossess confidence in handling ambiguous and fluid situationsGood understanding of cultural and geographical differences and practices

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $102,900 - $169,800, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
