ABOUT THE ROLE
\nAs a Senior Industrial Hygiene Engineer here at Honeywell Aerospace (AERO) in Clearwater, FL, you will be accountable for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for our employees. You will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to identify and mitigate workplace hazards, comply with regulatory requirements, and promote a culture of safety and well-being.
\nYou will report directly to our HSE Director and work out of our Clearwater, FL plant in person.
\nIn this role, you will have a direct impact on the health and safety of our employees by assessing workplace hazards, developing and implementing safety protocols, conducting regular inspections and audits, and providing training and education on health and safety best practices.

\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n\nDevelop and implement comprehensive industrial hygiene strategies to identify and mitigate workplace hazards\nConduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards\nProvide training and education on health and safety best practices to employees and management\nWork with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety programs and initiatives\nInvestigate incidents and accidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions\nStay updated on industry trends and best practices in industrial hygiene\nOther duties as assigned \n\nU.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENT
