As a Sr HSE Engineer/Industrial Hygienist here at Honeywell, you will serve as a functional HSE expert, providing Safety and Health program leadership and technical support to the facility. Work within robust operating and management systems to reduce risk. Strengthen systems to ensure compliance with regulatory and Honeywell requirements with special emphasis on Industrial Hygiene programs. Partner with business leaders and employees to continuously improve HSE culture, awareness and accountability in support of business objectives.

You will report directly to our Sr HSE Manager and you’ll work out of our Tempe, Arizona location. This role is 100% onsite.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

\nIntegrate HSE processes and safe work practices into daily operationsManagement and continual improvement of Industrial Hygiene programs including exposure assessment, hearing conservation, laser/radiation, combustible dust, ergonomics, health programs, PPE, and respiratory protection Lead HSE initiatives and continuous HSE improvement to support achievement of site goals and ensure zero harm to everyoneDrive Excellence and engagement in HSE through management, leadership and employee involvement, worksite risk assessments, hazard prevention and control, and HSE trainingDeploy and manage HSE initiatives to continually improve performance of assigned programs and processesDevelop and implement industrial hygiene and safety programs to maintain compliance with all HSE regulatory and company requirementsOversight and project management of HSE projects as neededPerform site compliance reviews and IH monitoring as neededTravel: 15% US\nU.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
