As a Sr Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) you are responsible for aligning human resources strategy and service with business objectives in designated business areas (BAs) and/or functional organizations. In this job, you will serve as a consultant to leadership on human resource-related issues. As a successful HRBP acts as a strategic partner and operations consultant to the business while facilitating resolutions and responding to emergencies when necessary. You will assess and anticipate HR-related requirements. Balancing the needs of the business with those of the enterprise, HRBPs communicate proactively with internal HR partners (COEs, Shared Services, other HRBPs) and business leaders to develop integrated solutions. The position develops partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to leadership and employees that reflect the organization's business objectives. The HRBP maintains an effective level of literacy about organizational and business strategy, financial position, culture, and competition. **Responsibilities** + You will be responsible as the primary Human Resources lead for the Dayton, OH location for SNC and the onsite Survivable Airborne Operations Center (SAOC) program Human Resources Business Partner. You will support the full lifecycle for employees in Dayton as well as the creation and implementation of the people strategy for the business unit. **Qualifications The Employee Must Have** + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field of study and 10 or more years of work experience + Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education + Leadership abilities inclusive of successful change management, leadership coaching, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. + Experience conducting investigations and managing employee relations issues + Can operate in ambiguity with limited guidance and support **Qualifications We Prefer** + Background in HR, management consulting, communications, or other support function + Masters of Business Administration, HR, or Organizational Leadership + PHR/SPHR certification or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification + Strong business analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools + Knowledge of DoD, government contracting and/or public auditing, policies, standards, and procedures + Experience with Workday HR management systems SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
