Essential Functions (Responsibilities & Duties of Position) and %Time Spent + Will serve as a subject matter expert on labor standards and facilitate the sharing of best practices throughout C&S...........20% + Travel to the different facilities supporting new system implementation or reviewing and updating processes..........20% + Experience with time study methodologies, predetermined time systems (MOST, + MTM or MSD), and labor standards.........10% + Be adept at retrieving and researching data from various sources (WMS, + TMS, Labor Management, Slot Optimization, etc) and translating that data + into meaningful information to support action plans.........15% + Knowledge of engineering optimization methods (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma + and standard project management processes........10% + Influence and guide the operations team toward operational excellence....10% + Generate documentation that will support the suggested changes (SOP, WI, + Book of knowledge)........10% + Support and advocate for continuous improvement........5% Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks, and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy.
