The successful candidate must demonstrate expertise in Fracture Mechanics assessments, including Failure Assessment Diagrams, Fracture Toughness testing, and a thorough understanding of API 579 and CorLAS assessments.
Additionally, the candidate should possess at least one (1) of the following skills:
Deploying mechanistic models for pipeline integrity threat assessments, preferably using Python.Proficient in performing Finite Element Analysis for threats such as dents, cracks, or thermal stress assessments.Experience with Quantitative Risk Assessment models, Structural Reliability approaches, and Probabilistic Analyses, including but not limited to Monte Carlo simulations, FORM, SORM, etc.Expertise in statistical analysis (Frequentist, Bayesian, Inferential) and/or Machine Learning, preferably applied to Pipeline Integrity.Data integration using SQL Spatial, GIS, and/or FME, applied to threat identification such as landslides, hydro-technical crossings, seismic faults, subsidence, and linear referencing (measure, station) of pipelines.Certifications, licenses, registrations:
Valid driver license and a driving record satisfactory to the company and its insurers.Competencies, skills, and abilities:
