Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Focus on design and implementation of support technologies for an enterprise deployment of Active Directory and remediation of the existing environment, Storage and Servers (both Physical and Virtualized) Infrastructure.
- Design, implement and configure the systems needed to support an enterprise AD infrastructure.
- Create training material(s) to provide to the customer on all solutions implemented.
- Create standard operating procedures on all solutions implemented.
- Research, evaluate, and remain current on emerging tools, techniques, and IT technologies.
- Work closely with client to perform technical and requirements analysis.
Apply security updates and patches using Intune to endpoints on a monthly basis. • Create and test custom software packages per customer request. • Understand the configuration and management of Distribution Points and creating packages to test in lower environments. • Tier III / High-Level Support for Ops Team on a 24/7 basis. • Design / Develop Operational Processes to Maintain Enterprise-Level (50K+ End-Points) Desktops in Active Directory. • Manage deployment of all patches, critical updates and service packs on a timely basis according to Information Security policy. Includes endpoints and may include servers • Create / Update Systems Documentation and Operations Standards / Procedures. • Distributed software and security updates via Intune/SCCM Endpoint Manager • Perform in-depth analysis on computer systems to ensure assets are compliant with Maximus Information Security standards. • Coordinate and synchronized with various IT dept on a weekly basis. • Develop PowerShell Script / SCCM Fixlets packages to uninstall / install / updates software remotely. • Ensure correct installation, configuration, use and maintenance of the Intune/SCCM Clients and Microsoft Intune /SCCM Platform Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ideal candidates will have experience in more than three technology areas identified above as well as the ability to quickly learn new technologies in a dynamic enterprise environment.
- Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Exercises judgement in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.
- Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel as a team lead.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, technical training or work experience considered in lieu of degree. • 5-7 years of related experience required • Strong Intune knowledge and experience in managing a large-scale Enterprise environment with multiple Domains. • Intermediate level experience using SCCM to manage a large-scale Enterprise environment with multiple Domains. • Able to acquire 6C security clearance • Intermediate level experience troubleshooting server issues and diagnosing root cause of issue. • Ensure correct installation, configuration, use and maintenance of the Microsoft Intune and SCCM Platform. • Create and Manage application deployment objects for new and existing software. • Assist with the creation of the relays (starting with making sure that all the pre-requisites are met before the creation, i.e. Firewall settings, Rights, Roles and Features, etc. and them making it a relay and then distributing all the needed content). • Monitoring the status of all the relays and coordinating with the LAN Admins if relays were unreachable\unavailable. • Assist with creating Boundary and Boundary Groups. • Assist LAN Admins with setting DHCP scope options. • Work with network team on any communication issues related to content distribution. • Establish and maintain self-provisioning pool of applications. • Maintain ongoing communications with support teams regarding application issue resolution and general workstation Management support. • Develop Corporate / Divisional IT Strategic / Tactical Plans. • Maintain Application Packaging Standards / Desktop Standards / OS Patches, etc. • Implement / Support Security Policies / Audits - Troubleshoot / Resolve Security Permissions Issues. • Interface with Systems Admins to improve Operational Processes, Standards, etc. • Troubleshooting software package deployments#techjobs EEO Statement Active military service members, their spouses, and veteran candidates often embody the core competencies Maximus deems essential, and bring a resiliency and dependability that greatly enhances our workforce.
