Sr Inventory System Analyst

The Senior Inventory Systems Analyst will work remotely and be responsible for supporting the automation of inventory planning for the warehouses in the Company’s ERP system. The incumbent will support the maintenance of the company’s inventory item catalog and provide support to multiple departments with reporting tools. Some travel primarily to FLL and occasionally other areas as needed for meetings, warehouse visits, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
      1. Support the systems integration to D365 ERP and maintain the inventory item master.

Ensure inventory related policies and procedures are followed. Create/utilize reports and queries to analyze issues and proactively recommend process improvements for implementation. Lead and prepare reporting for monthly, quarterly, and year-end inventories and cycle counts. Input drop-shipments and contractor receipts into D365. Manage multiple time-sensitive requests and effectively interface with all levels of management while contributing and supporting enhancements to the overall process. Support Lifecycle of items throughout their usage from creation to retirement. Assist in researching and identifying inventory variances. Create root cause analysis and provide recommendations to avoid future issues. Complete vendor manifest uploads for Amdocs items for billing and inventory accuracy. Planning Min/Max by warehouse and item. Able to work with large data sets and familiarity with Excel formulas such as INDEX-MATCH, IF, COUNTIF, CONCATENATE, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP. Other duties as required or assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, logistics, systems engineering, supply chain management or relevant work experience At least 3 years’ experience with automated Inventory/Supply Chain ERP modules At least 3 years’ experience with inventory management Exceptional aptitude with Excel and other research and data analysis programs Experience creating and maintaining BI reports Must be highly effective in two-way communication to include written and verbal skills. Process improvement experience Experience analyzing data to make recommendations Highly organized with a strong attention to detail Ability to evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable information to drive results Ability to engage and influence collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders Must have active and clean non-restrictive driver’s license Must be able to travel to various locations throughout the organization Exposure to Salesforce, SiteTracker, Amdocs a plus Microsoft Dynamics Experience a plus
