As\na Sr Operations Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for\noverseeing the operational aspects of our diverse product portfolio. You will\nplay a critical role in optimizing processes, ensuring the successful delivery\nof our offerings, and driving operational excellence. You will report directly to our Plant Director and you'll work out of our\nNebraska City, NE location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact cost savings, improved quality, increased\ncustomer satisfaction, and the career progression of your direct reports. You\nwill collaborate with cross-functional senior leadership to address process\nimprovement opportunities, ultimately driving a more agile and competitive\norganization. Your efforts will contribute to the overall success of the\nbusiness, ensuring that Honeywell remains a global technology leader in the\nindustry.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive\noperations strategy for our product portfolio, aligned with business objectives\nand market needs.Oversee the entire product lifecycle,\nfrom ideation to launch and post-launch support.Collaborate closely with\ncross-functional teams to align operational activities with business goals and\ncustomer needs.Identify opportunities to streamline\nand optimize product development and delivery processes.Monitor key performance metrics\nrelated to portfolio operations and analyze performance data to identify\ntrends, issues, and areas for improvement.Manage relationships with external\nvendors and suppliers involved in product development and delivery.Maintain comprehensive documentation\nof product initiatives and prepare regular updates and reports for\nstakeholders.


YOU MUST HAVEMinimum of 2 years of experience in\noperations management, with a focus on product operations or related roles.Strong project management skills,\nwith the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to\nsuccessful completion.Excellent communication and\ninterpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with\ncross-functional teams and external partners.Strong analytical and problem-solving\nskills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement\nsolutions.Experience working in a fast-paced,\ndynamic environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.

WE VALUEBachelor's degree in business, engineering,\nor related field.Strong understanding of Master Data\nManagement.Excellent strategic thinking and\ndecision-making abilities.Experience in developing and\nimplementing process improvements and new business models.Ability to collaborate and influence\nstakeholders at all levels.
