Sr ISC Operations Manager
Launch innovations in nearly every commercial and defense aircraft platform

As a Sr ISC Operations Manager here at Honeywell, you will\nbe responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a manufacturing\norganization and ensuring their profitability.  Your responsibilities will\ncover a wide range of tasks, from employee management and quality control to\noptimizing processes and devising initiatives to drive business\nperformance.  You will ensure all manufacturing operations are\ncarried on an appropriate, cost-effective way including improving operational\nmanagement systems, processes, and best practices.  You will have direct\ninteraction with the customer including written communication and\nin-person.  

You will report directly to our Director ISC\nOperations, and you will work out of our Tempe, AZ location on an on-site work\nschedule.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on manufacturing processes,\nimproving operational efficiency, ensuring on-time delivery to customers,\nreducing costs, optimizing inventory, and playing a critical role in\nidentifying and mitigating manufacturing risks.

Key ResponsibilitiesIncrease\n the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to improve internal\n capacity.Ensure\n plant maintenance program execution.Lead productivity\n improvement projects.Ensure\n that operational activities remain on time and within budget.Track\n staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed.Lead,\n motivate, and support a large team of both salary and hourly employees\n within a time-sensitive and demanding environment.Collaborate\n with customers and cross functional teamsLead\n data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity\n targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent\n customer service.Partner\n with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives\n and implement best practices.Utilize Lean\n manufacturing methodology that focuses on minimizing waste within\n manufacturing systems while simultaneously maximizing productivity.Ensure\n compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export\ncontrol laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent\nresident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.

YOU MUST HAVE5 plus years of experience leading in a manufacturing environment preferably\n in the Aerospace industry.5 plus\n years of experience managing and leading direct reports.Proven track record to lead successfully a team.Strong knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing principals.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional\nteams and customers.
