The Enterprise IT HSEPS team is committed to integrate HSEPS considerations into all aspects of businesses to position Honeywell to effectively protect its people, communities & the environment to achieve sustainable growth & drive effective product compliances.

Key Responsibilities

·       Provides IT Service Delivery expertise to support the design and realization of the processes for Health, Safety, Environment & Product Stewardship (HSEPS) areas across Honeywell entities

·       Partner with business groups and Enterprise IT to deliver HSEPS centric IT projects. Lead business sessions to define high level business goals/vision, extract business requirements, define performance indicators and provide solutions for the SAP EHS area

·       Manage stakeholder expectations by demonstrating and communicating key indicators of improved effectiveness on a periodic basis

Deploy standardized work, governance, and tools to enable consistent, high quality, agile and waterfall project execution of IT projects Ensure learnings are shared across the organization to enable higher productivity Establish an understanding of the overall portfolio, working closely with peers to ensure end to end accountability  Ability to develop practical solutions and methodologies; develop point-of-view, delivery methodologies, etc. as related to Legal Ability to comprehend the technical decisions made for the given business problem to multiple stakeholders such as IT, Leadership, Business, Architects, SMEs and implementation team

Qualifications/Experience

·       Strong experience with SAP EHS

·       Strong knowledge of the SAP EHS integration with logistics and supply chain

·   8+ years of IT experience in international corporations, in industries similar to Honeywell, in the area of Health & Safety, Product Safety & Stewardship and Environmental Performance areas focusing on all existing, new and emerging regulations across key geographies

·       Experience conducting requirements analysis, meeting with business owners, and performing current state system analysis

·       Experience with SAP Solution Manager, Basis and Security

·       Experience with non-ERP HSEPS solutions like 3E Optimized, 3E ERC+

·       Prior consulting experience with exposure to clients/customers in US and Europe is an advantage

·       Self-starter, independent thinker and worker, with a positive and can do attitude

·       Ability to work in a matrix environment

·       Ability to communicate at all levels in the organization, from Team Members to Executives
