**Role Summary:** The Sr IT Architect is a seasoned member of a team delivering new technology capabilities to the Company’s owners, customers, and partners within the organization. The Sr IT Architect helps set the vision and parameters that Agile delivery teams operate within. In addition, the Sr IT Architect helps develop and support governance processes that ensure that team deliverables meet the Company’s standards for performance, availability, quality, security, and maintainability. **Your Day to Day:** + Lead the design of scalable, cost-effective cloud-native architectures on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and integrate with hybrid/multi-cloud environments. + Provide expertise in data processing, storage, analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions on GCP, while defining data integration patterns with other platforms. + Implement security best practices, including IAM, encryption, and network controls, to protect sensitive data and applications in GCP environments. + Create and maintain architectural artifacts and document decision-making processes to support scalability, optimization, and troubleshooting. + Serve as a key advisor to stakeholders, influencing technology adoption and evaluating new technologies for alignment with IT strategies and business goals. **What We Need From You:** + Over 10-15 years of progressive experience with proficiency in multiple disciplines and technologies relevant to architecture and engineering processes. + Technical mastery in architecture, with deep knowledge of product designs, capabilities, and constraints across various technologies. + Expertise in middleware technologies, including Java, REST, microservices, messaging architectures (e.g., Kafka), and enterprise integration patterns. + Strong focus on data, including big data, data design principles, analytics platforms, and experience with GCP analytic tools and AI/ML applications. + Proficient in cloud technologies, particularly Google Cloud, AWS, and Salesforce, with experience in hospitality data, data pipelines, and BI tools. **Location:** Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 3 days a week in office) The salary range for this role is $150,000 to $214,000.
