Join us as the Senior IT Auditor and lead in evaluating and enhancing our internal controls through risk-based assurance and consulting services.

Responsibilities Audit Planning & ExecutionPlan, oversee, and execute risk-based audits of internal controls, IT systems/applications/infrastructure, and operational processes across multiple departments and segments.Prepare and review audit workpapers to ensure all findings are clearly documented and supported by sufficient evidence.Prepare audit reports and engagement close meeting materials to present findings and recommendations to management in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.Advisory & ComplianceEngage in advisory roles to enhance operational efficiency, identify improvement areas, and provide strategic recommendations to mitigate business risks and ensure best practices.Perform SOX control testing over ITGCs on behalf of management to assess 404 compliance and support external auditor reliance where applicable.Stay up to date on the latest auditing standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure audits align with industry trends and share knowledge with team members as appropriate.Monitoring & Follow-UpPerform testing to monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and provide follow-up on corrective actions to ensure timely resolution.Ensure continuous improvement by regularly assessing the effectiveness of implemented recommendations and making necessary adjustments.Maintain effective communication with management and stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability in the audit process. Qualifications

Education / Experience

3-5 years of progressive accounting, IT auditing and/or general auditing experienceBachelors degree in accounting, information technology or related fieldCPA, CISA, or related certification preferredBig Four audit experience preferredRegulatory & Standards KnowledgeWorking knowledge of COSO and GAAP to ensure compliance with internal control frameworks and accounting principles.Understanding of applicable regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, FERPA, GLBA, Title IV) to ensure audits meet legal and regulatory standards.Broad knowledge of auditing tools and methodologies to effectively conduct audits and assessments.Technical & Analytical SkillsProficient with word-processing (MS Word) and analysis (MS Excel) software to document findings and analyze data.Competent in customizing standard methodologies to be relevant for specific applications and contexts.Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey audit findings and recommendations.Professionalism & AdaptabilityCompetent in organizing, planning, and prioritizing workload to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Consistent in maintaining confidentiality and professional decorum to uphold ethical standards.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are essential, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
