YOU MUST HAVE

·         Bachelor's degree or higher degree in Engineering/ Information technology/ Computer science, or similar program

·         Total experience of 6+ years, with 5+ years in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Tools

·         Strong knowledge in ALM Tools - DevSecOps & Software Development Tools (GitHub), Atlassian Tools (Jira/Confluence)

·         Strong knowledge on tool support is preferred.

·         Skilled in effective stakeholder management

·         Skilled in Resource Management – People and Infrastructure. Must manage people aspects such as goal setting, appraisal, periodic engagement meetings with team, trainings as per Honeywell practices.

·         Experience in leading projects with Agile practices and tool support knowledge

·         Must drive Innovation, Productivity, and Continuous Improvement culture within the team.

·         Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), must be able to communicate seamlessly with all stake holders

·         Should be able to handle multiple projects with effective planning and tracking.

·         Create collaborative work culture across the locations with One Honeywell mindset.
