Why we need this role
As an accounting and reporting lead you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end finance operations, balance sheet analysis and reconciliations, review and management of month end Profit and Loss, Fluctuation variance analysis and review of statutory accounts, looking to make improvements to procedures and controls, as well as ad-hoc projects and requests as and when they come up.
What will you doTypical tasks and responsibilities will include:
• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the department, including accounting activities for: Regional Finance, General Accounting and Bank, Group Consolidation and Intercompany, Voice Revenue Team, Capex, Group Accounting, IFRS 16, Network Revenue, RV Support
• Leading a team of Accounting professionals
• Monitoring and analysing data and producing financial reports or statements
• Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Coordinating and completing annual audits
• Assigning projects and directing staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
