Job Description An employer is looking to identify a Sr/Lead NLP Engineer for the Charlotte, NC market. This role will be to lead the design, development, enhancement and deployment of the NLP environment. You will join a small and highly technical team to work on continuous development for an existing platform. Skills and Requirements 8+ years of Python and Java Development Experience Recent Experience in a NLP or AI/ML role Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. Solid understanding of NLP techniques and tools. Experience in building and deploying Language Models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Small Language Models Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark.
