The Role

Senior Lead Operations Analyst provides analytic support and applies project management skills to develop and implement changes supporting the Base and Product Management Organization.  The incumbent will be a technical resource working cross-functionally with other organizations to identify inefficiencies, develop solutions, and make recommendations to improve overall performance.  The analyst will effectively analyze complex network data, identify opportunities for improvement and trends, and be able to share the complex findings in a concise and clear way.

The Main Responsibilities Analyze, recommend, and implement changes leveraging complex network data and systems. Create reports, modeling, and forecasting trends, with proficiency in Business Intelligence tools like Tableau, Qlik, Looker or Microsoft PowerBI.Develop, implement and administer processes and procedures to ensure the reliability, recoverability and optimum performance of our copper and fiber infrastructure. Serve as technical resource to team members, as well as other departments, in the implementation of projects and subsequent maintenance activities. Prepare and present reports that keep management abreast of the status of projects and technical problems. Serve as a subject matter expert single point of contact for vendors and other organizations. Collect and analyze copper and fiber performance data. Define, recommend and implement changes to methods and procedures. Other duties as assigned. 

 

What We Look For in a Candidate Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business or related field or the equivalent in experience. Strong analytical, reporting, and communicating skills.Experience reducing waste in operations processes. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner.Compensation This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

$108,896 - $145,195 in these states: CO  HI  MI  MN  NC  NH  NV  OR  RI 
$114,082 - $152,109 in these states: AK  CA  CT  DC  DE  IL  MA  MD  NJ  NY  TX  VA  WA
