The RoleAs a Senior Lead Enablement Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our sales and customer-facing teams. Your primary focus will be on enabling these teams to perform at their best by providing them with the necessary tools, resources, and training. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive strategic alignment and enhance overall performance.
The Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deploy programs and initiatives that enable customer-facing teams to execute the core-aspects of their jobs more effectively, allowing them to maximize productivity and sales. Help prioritize projects that will have the biggest impact on our strategic goals. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Product to ensure all programs deliver a great user experience.
What We Look For in a CandidateRequired Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years professional work experience, or 6+ years with Master’s degree. Passion for innovation and strategy. Ability to think strategically with a focus on results. Engaging communicator and an ability to lead a team. Ability to understand detail as well as see the big picture.

$109,330 - $145,770 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
