About the Job We currently have an exciting opportunity Sr. Manager Business Operations Outreach, you are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, reporting, and analytics of Business Operations Outreach. This role will also partner with Vice President of Business Operations to create the Business Outreach strategy and optimize return on investment for the organization. The key to success is the ability to work collaboratively with the store organization and corporate business partners in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible, resourceful, and efficient. This role will supervise the National Outreach Manager. This position is preferably based in Houston, Texas; however, a major market within the Central United States will be considered and reports directly to the Vice President of Business Operations. What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities Create and own strategy for Business Outreach aimed at driving sales through partnerships with High Schools, Universities, and businesses to achieve highest ROI Develop and optimize programs and tools to support the business outreach strategy, regularly evaluating for improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement the programs and tools necessary for executing outreach programs at the store, regional, and national levels Act as the point of contact for all business outreach projects, communication, tracking of assigned tasks, status reports, and meetings for project discussion and updates. Responsible for creating business outreach reporting and auditing on department budget, revenue, and profitability. Partner with Analytics to determine the appropriate KPI and reporting framework to measure performance including meeting financial objectives. Track and monitor profitability of Business Outreach projects while seeking business solutions for areas of opportunity and growth. Establish and oversee a calendar of events around Business Outreach activities including high school formal, community events both locally and nationally, as well as corporate/business organization events. Additional duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience Retail Management experience of 10+ years or equivalent, Multi Unit leadership experience a plus. Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing or equivalent experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to flex to various audiences. Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of discretion and professional acumen. Ability to think strategically to develop business plans and execution of initiatives. Exceptional time management, attention to detail and follow up skills. Experienced at prioritizing and working under time constraints, engaging in multiple projects at one time, and working independently while remaining flexible to changing priorities and assignments. Strong expertise of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with ability to adapt to new technology quickly. Knowledge of PeopleSoft, Tableau, Salesforce and database management, preferred. Please note that you do not need to qualify for all requirements to be considered. Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time. Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily. Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally. Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment. Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates: Position is remote, candidate must be based in the continental United States and near a major airport. The starting salary for this position is $106,800-$110,000 depending on merit, length of service with the Company, and other factors. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Other compensation may include a 20% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus paid out according to policy. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
