We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced R&D Senior Manager to join our Particle Technology R&D team in Norway.
Position SummaryAs an R&D Senior Manager, Chemistry, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and in identifying novel approaches to driving development and execution of new ideas. As part of the Norway R&D Leadership Team, you will be leading and inspiring a team of 11-12 scientists, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth mindsets, and trust.
