Overview:

The Senior Cloud Infrastructure Manager plays a pivotal role in building and managing DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure best practices. The candidate selected will be working closely with the company’s global leadership team, responsible for leading a team of cloud engineers, and help implement continuous integration and deployment processes, develop automation and presentation layer around Kubernetes deployment of our products, and contribute to our micro-service architecture and implementation.

Position Details: Hire, lead and motivate a remote team of experienced Cloud Engineers in the USRoadmap execution through backlog management and sprint planning in Jira to prioritize value-driven business outcomesLead the growth and improvement of our highly scalable data management ecosystem to adapt and support the evolving needs of our business partnersUse your innate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and internal drive to continually grow, develop, and hone your craftClosely partner with our Business Engagement Analysts, Data Scientists, and Business Customers to identify, prioritize, scope, and deliver value-driven data solutionsInfluences others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices, and proceduresAdapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges

Required Skills:

3+ years Management of Teams and Managers3+ years of understanding of Architecture3+ years of experience as a Cloud Infrastructure EngineerAbility to balance, prioritize multiple projects, and remain calm under pressure.3+ years Kubernetes and Helm experience a must3+ years Git + CI/CD (Gitlab preferred)3+ years Major cloud provider tooling (AWS, Azure, GCP)3+ years with VM tooling (Packer, etc.) - desirable3+ years configuration management and Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Pulumi)General programming/scripting skills (e.g. Python, Go Lang, Node.js + Express.js, TypeScript)Agile / Lean

Compensation
Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location. 

The salary range for this role in California, Colorado, Washington, Texas, and Rhode Island is $175,000 - $200,000.

In addition, you may be eligible for other compensation, such as a bonus. Employees may also be eligible for a wide range of other benefits, including medical, retirement, financial, wellness, time off, employee discounts, and others.
