Reporting to the Director Downstream Processing, you will lead teams of experts who are responsible for driving continuous improvements to meet our operations’ strategic goals. The engineers and supervisors of our COE are specialist on process, equipment, and quality. They play a pivotal role in executing strategic projects and ensuring smooth production processes, meeting the highest standards in safety, quality and compliance. As a key member of the business unit management team, you will play an important role in shaping the future of our organization. **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead and coach a team of supervisors and engineers that are responsible for all process, equipment and quality related projects supporting the downstream operations activities.
