This role will lead a team of customer quality engineers located globally, interact with customers, senior and executive management building excellent technical partnerships and strategy setting for the team delivering on key customer quality engagements.
This position is based in MTB(Taichung), Taiwan.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more areas below
Product, test, manufacturing, quality, system integration, or applications engineering experience in DRAM (HBM and/or Graphics)Proven experience working with customers in understanding quality expectations, evaluating requirements, driving technical engagements and finding optimum solutions to complex customer challengesStrong technical experience in leading product quality, product development and/or field application engineering teamsProven ability to lead multi-functional teams; finding solutions to solve complex problemsCloud Systems and application-level experience, inclusive of one or more areas: Datacenter architecture, system design, component/system test and troubleshooting is preferredDetailed knowledge of DRAM device physicsRequires 5+ years of people management3+ years of experience in leading external customer facing communicationsAbility to demonstrate problem solving and troubleshooting skillsExcellent verbal, written, and customer communications skillsFluency in English is mandatoryResponsibilities include:
Build and sustain strong relationships with key decision makers in the customer’s quality and engineering organizationsEnable a relationship of trust and partnership with customers through technical excellence and a passion for excellent customer serviceOwn and foster cross-department collaboration to align customer technical supportAdvise senior and executive management in relation to strategic decisions for technical customer support with timely and effective communicationProvide technical leadership guiding the team on customer problem resolution on Micron productsDrive problem-solving initiatives across the Global Quality/CQE organizationLead and optimize team performance by ensuring their understanding and use of training tools, service strategies, customer metrics, and other business processesDrive technical support to customers and the field sales teams by leveraging the expertise within Micron organizationsWork closely with the customer to resolve their key concerns end-to-end (Qualification, HVM production and Field)Drive customer support excellence through metrics and processes and strive for continuous improvementWork with Quality Management System (QMS) team to set up standard customer auditsChampion “voice of customers” on quality within MicronEducation Requirements
