Sr Manager, Delivery Governance and Reporting Analytics (Global Security)

Job Summary

As a Senior Manager for Delivery Governance and Reporting Analytics, the individual will be responsible for conducting independent and effective 1LOD governance on projects/programs delivery and status reporting. Additionally, the individual will partner with Senior Delivery Manager to build Tableau dashboard, implement automated reporting, and enable data analytics.

You will support members from Global Securities Project Management Office and potentially work with stakeholders across Technology & Operations Lines of Business.

Job Description

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Oversee portfolio of a variety of Global Security projects from a project documentation and reporting perspective.Perform governance on project delivery and artefacts to ensure adherence to Project Management Framework and always stay audit ready.Conduct oversight & challenge on project status reporting and prepare Executive reports.Responsible for project reporting & governance KRI/KPI monitoring and reporting.Responsible for end-to-end planning, implementation and ongoing enhancement of strategic initiatives aimed at streamlining project reporting and governance activities.Provide ongoing training and support to project managers.Maintain and manage access of the central project artefact library.Build project dashboard, enable automated project reporting and data analytics.Complete ad-hoc assignments.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? Must have:

5-7 years in a project management, portfolio management or project control officer role in the financial services or similar field.Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end project management fundamentals and lifecycle.Knowledge of various Project Management Methodologies (Waterfall and Agile).Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver under pressure.Attention to details, self-driven and proactive.Proficient in Microsoft Office and tools such as Planview, Tableau, SharePoint, and Confluence.

Nice-to-have: 

Experience with BI tools, SQL, and Jira.Project Management Professional Designation (e.g., PMP and CSM).Understanding of Technology project management, requirements, and process design.
