Sr Manager, Digital Product Management

The Operational Services organization at Schwab partners with teams across the firm to deliver on service promises to Schwab clients. We are responsible for protecting and safeguarding the assets of the firm and our clients while continuing to increase scalability and efficiency. The group supports all of Schwab’s business enterprises and works with a wide range of internal stakeholders including IT, sales and service, strategy, and marketing. Within the Transformation Solutions Team, the ENCORE team is a cross-functional group that is helping to drive transformation across operational and service communications for the broader firm. We use a variety of methodologies, tools, and capabilities to drive large-scale change. The group is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Product Management of Regulatory Communications and Forms who will be responsible for leading strategic product, and communication projects, working with product managers within the group and stakeholders throughout the firm. The Senior Manager will be a key member of the Enterprise Communications of Regulatory Experiences (ENCORE) team and will: + Collaborate on all aspects of digital product development for Schwab’s digital forms platform (Adobe Experience Manager) from strategic development to implementation, including understanding client needs, prioritizing potential solutions, measuring success through key metrics. + Translate product vision into specific deliverables and ensure rigor in execution and attention to detail by effectively managing the product backlog. + Ensure priorities are met for quarterly development, partnering with governance. + Coordinate with scrum teams on sprint planning and releases as well as integration testing. + Develop a deep understanding of client needs, build close relationships with key stakeholders, and deliver outcome-oriented solutions. + Work with the Encore team to provide technical support for update and maintenance of regulatory communications and forms content for emerging rules and regulations, as well as to enhance the client experience and improve operational efficiency. + Translate client needs/competitive pressure into product vision and define detailed requirements for consumption by technology teams. + Focus on business impact and come up with actionable recommendations informed by high quality data analysis and metrics. + Create and maintain reports that provide visibility into the health of the program. + Navigate complex projects and translate high-level production concepts into detailed business requirements and implementation plans. + Ensure best practices are met and followed to eliminate risk. + Build relationships across the firm. **What you have** Required Qualifications: + 5+ years’ experience with Jira, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio; familiarity and expertise with Adobe products, particularly Acrobat Pro, Workfront, InDesign and Adobe Experience Manager. + 5+ years’ in digital product management, experience with client journeys, and demonstrated ability to synthesize and process data. + Technical background with a keen understanding of broader business needs and strategy. Preferred Qualifications: + BA or equivalent degree preferred. + A passion for digital innovation and commitment to superb client experience. + Expert working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team within agile methodologies. + Self-starter with outstanding organizational skills and ability to track multiple projects in tandem. + Effective relationship builder--ability to partner cross-functionally, cross-enterprise and work effectively with various levels of the organization as well as various personality types. + Comfort in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment, with a positive attitude and solid work ethic. + Experience with and ability to lead people and projects through influence. + Strong written and verbal communication, being able to transform complex topics into well-organized, understandable communications to different audiences, including Leadership. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Self-starter attitude with a strong passion for business process improvement and achieving meaningful results. + Strong interpersonal skills, emotional maturity, and sound decision-making capabilities. + Ability to cultivate relationships with a variety of internal consumer platforms and external partners.
