About the team The DSP Programs (PGM) is a core strategic unit within Amazon Logistics, overseeing Amazon's in-house last mile delivery services. Our scope extends beyond program management to solution creation, addressing challenges in the dynamic logistics landscape across Japan and APAC. We drive initiatives and processes that foster network growth and expansion in delivery services. DSP Pricing and Payments function is responsible for developing and maintaining pricing structure, amount, and methodology along with execution of Payments to DSPs. It is part of the rapidly growing organization which works to optimize our end-to-end relationships with the partners who deliver directly to our customers. Our team is diverse. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree - 8+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 7+ years of team management experience - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience working with, presenting to and influencing senior executives up to VP level - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups) at an advanced level Preferred Qualifications - Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization - Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
