Sr Manager, Enterprise Performance Management

PenFed is hiring a (Hybrid) Sr Manager, Enterprise Performance Management at our Tysons, Virginia location. The primary purpose of this job is to be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing the Company’s EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) system (OneStream). It will have a blend of both functional and technical knowledge of the CPM solution and be primarily responsible for overseeing full post-implementation administration of the application. The individual in this role must be an organized, effective communicator who can build strong relationships, and will collaborate with business partners to understand their needs and offer insight, identifying opportunities and delivering effective solutions. Act as the primary system administrator for OneStream, ensuring the platform is configured to support business needs and is operating efficiently Maintain overall system integrity, including model / cube structure, assumptions, data, formulas, dimensions, levels and organizational and structure, ensuring system is configured to fully support budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, resolving issues related to data validation, access and reporting, and answering configuration-related questions Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including backups, updates, Cloud upgrade releases and patch management Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, changes, and administrative procedures Provide internal control governance / documentation and coordinate with Finance team and auditors as it relates to system access and change management Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features Develop and maintain core EPM reporting and dashboarding solutions as needed by FP&A, Accounting, Finance and Finance partners. Identify new requirements to ensure that reporting evolves to reflect changing needs of organization Maintain and update documentation (configuration, functional specs for reporting and integration, workflows and user guides) Post implementation, deliver training materials and conduct training sessions for new users. *This role is responsible for ensuring business continuity.* Qualifications Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science related field or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience is required. Minimum 10 years of experience EPM Administrator experience required, including comprehensive knowledge of how to architect solutions on an EPM platform (preferably OneStream), as well as experience with user access, security profiles, roles and privileges. Minimum 2 years direct management experience. Experience with OneStream, preferred. Knowledge of core financial practices and best practices, and understanding of accounting and finance concepts and principles is required. Proficiency in MS Excel required. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication skills are required and experience presenting to senior management is preferred. Strong analytical skills and attention to accuracy are required. Familiarity with development tools such as SQL preferred. Some experience working with large datasets and knowledge of various data analysis software packages and tools is strongly preferred. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Supervisory Responsibility This position will supervise employees. Licenses and Certifications OneStream Credentials: Designing an Application, Implementing, and Building Basic Reports. Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an indoor office setting with moderate noise. *Most roles require working in an office setting with moderate noise and the ability to lift 25 pounds.* Travel Ability to travel to various worksites and be on-call may is required.
