DaVita is currently seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join Team Avanti, which is DaVita’s field organization for all dialysis operations in the Northeast across New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New England. The Northeast Operating group consists of 350+ Outpatient Dialysis centers & 100+ Acute/Inpatient programs with a combined annual revenue of $2B. The Senior Finance Manager will report directly to the Group Finance Director and will have direct management/supervision responsibilities for a cross-functional team. The role will be hybrid with ad hoc office time in Malvern, PA and up to 10% Travel as needed.

Projects include DeNovos, Expansions, Consolidations, Acquisitions, & Modality AddsInnovation & Process improvement: ability to step out of Finance lane (Clinical, HR, Compensation, e.g.) and improve existing operational processes by analyzing current workflows, designing new methods, implementing technological solutions, and monitoring results to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performanceLeverage Best Demonstrated practices developed within the Avanti Operations group to scale across other geographiesProject ManagementProject Planning: can clearly define problem statement & objectives with a detailed timeline & scope requiredStakeholder Management: establishing clear communication channels and expectations; provides interval updates on progressTime Management: can manage and prioritize multiple projects for competing internal clientsOwnership and accountability for the timely delivery of analyses and the quality of the final work productDesired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field; Master’s degree preferredHealthcare Industry and/or Multi-Site Operations experience preferred3-5 years in similar corporate Finance Manager or higher roleDemonstrable knowledge of financial statements, the relationships among them and the underlying business operations they representExperience with quantitative modeling and analytical methods, such as operations analytics, financial forecasting, valuation analyses, etc.Project management experienceSuperior communication skills & executive presenceSuperior analytical abilities combined with a high tolerance for ambiguityExpert level computer skills & proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel (expert), PowerPoint (advanced), Word and Outlook (intermediate)Tableau, Oracle/Essbase, and Anaplan experience preferredWhat We’ll Provide:
