Sr Manager, GTM Business Operations
Amazon Santos is a multi-product fulfilment services business, including Multi-channel Services (MCF), Buy with Prime (BwP) and supply chain services. As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a strategic, operationally-focused leader to join our team as the Sr Mgr. of GTM Business Operations.









Key job responsibilities
Sales Operations
- Drive the optimization of sales operations within Amazon’s fulfillment network, aligning processes with both business and Amazon’s operational standards.
- Partner with the sales team to streamline workflows and improve sales productivity across Amazon’s ecosystem.
- Develop and manage key sales performance indicators (KPIs) related to Amazon fulfillment, ensuring operational and customer metrics are tracked and improved.
- Enhance CRM systems and ensure integration with Amazon’s fulfillment platform, optimizing the customer experience from order to delivery.
- Drive sales forecasting and planning

Software Integration
- Lead software integration efforts across Amazon fulfillment systems (e.g., Amazon MCF, Buy with Prime, and supply chain services, ensuring smooth data flow and process automation.
- Develop detailed integration documentation to improve prelaunch validation and speed client onboarding, ensuring faster, more effective integration, collaborating with product teams to reduce product defects at launch.
- Collaborate with product development and SA teams to implement and configure software solutions that support Amazon fulfillment and broader business operations.
- Act as the key liaison with Amazon technical teams and third-party vendors (NetSuite, IBM Sterling, Sales Force) to ensure system alignment and integration effectiveness.

Program Management
- Develop cross-functional programs across Amazon partner business, e.g. bulk distribution, freight, warehousing, AWS retail, and other core fulfillment services, to create new product offerings and ensure continued growth of Amazon’s fulfillment network.
- Lead large-scale, cross-functional programs focused on optimizing the entire fulfillment lifecycle within Amazon’s ecosystem.
- Define project scopes, set objectives, and develop timelines, ensuring resource allocation and risk management align with business priorities.
- Drive continuous improvement within the fulfillment lifecycle, ensuring alignment with Amazon standards and achieving customer satisfaction goals.

CRM System Development
- Lead the development of a unified CRM system that integrates with Amazon fulfillment platforms to provide a holistic view of client operations, improving data visibility across sales, logistics, and fulfillment.
- Collaborate with IT, product, and sales teams to ensure the CRM enables seamless visibility into client needs and performance across all touchpoints.
- Leverage data from the CRM system to drive operational improvements and enhance customer engagement and decision-making.

Strategic Leadership
- Lead the commercialization of a new product and services offering that continues to elevate Amazon as the leader in fulfillment and logistics.
- Develop and execute strategies to scale Amazon fulfillment operations as the business grows, ensuring processes remain efficient and cost-effective.
- Build and lead a team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation.
- Work closely with executive leadership across Amazon fulfillment and logistics services to align Amazon-specific sale and onboarding strategies with company goals and growth objectives.
- Partner with internal teams (e.g. product, logistics, customer service) to drive collaboration to develop a best-in-class end-to-end customer experience across Amazon’s fulfillment and logistics network.
- Facilitate communication between Amazon fulfillment teams, clients, and internal teams to ensure operational efficiency and problem resolution.
- Provide operational insights to sales and customer success teams to optimize the fulfillment process and improve customer satisfaction.
