The Sr. Manager, Operations Support is responsible for managing strategic and operational initiatives within DaVita IKC Operations. This position will work on high priority initiatives in a rapidly growing strategic business unit by collaborating with a cross-functional team of clinical, operating, and business leaders of DaVita IKC, and DaVita more broadly. This position plays a key role as a thought partner, internal consultant, and project executor, evolving innovative models of care for CKD and ESKD patients.
Strategic Project Management & Project Execution
Manages and drives strategic and operational initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams of clinical, operational, and senior business leadership
Develops and communicates project scope, timeline, plan, resource requirements, and assumptions
Creates, implements, and drives adoption of processes and solutions to further clinical and business outcomes
Communicates project status updates and needs to senior leadership; prepares, reports, and manages against targets/goals including scope, schedule, metrics, and revenue
Drives nationwide implementation and adoption of key strategic initiatives in partnership with broad group of stakeholders, including but not limited to legal, technology, clinical audit, physician and patient engagement
Oversees and manages multiple Regional Operations Coordinators and Analysts; provides coaching and project sponsorship, removes barriers as necessary
Team Leadership
Provides oversight and directs the day-to-day work of multiple individual contributors
Accountable for teammate engagement, belonging, and Special Place
Manages recruiting, hiring, and onboarding activities of team
Manages performance evaluations and professional development of team
Participates in coaching teammates across the broader Ops Support lane
Stakeholder Management
Serves as liaison between business / innovation teams and operations to enable success and support adoption of key strategic initiatives
Serves as operations SME in forums where critical operational decisions are informed
Owns / manages relationships with multiple Operations VPs
Analytical Support for Operations Leadership
Supports divisional operations leadership in managing goal tracking, scorecards, project portfolio management, business reviews, and supporting projects
Leverages hypotheses-based approach to identify, validate, and quantify opportunities in partnership with operations leadership; supports with analysis as necessary
Designs / delivers executive communications, facilitate meetings, and manage relationships with key strategic partners including payors, physicians, and external vendors
Other duties as assigned.

Salary/ Wage Range
$84,000.00 - $158,000.00 / yearCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
